This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made.
